1. FORCED LABOR (VOLUNTARY WORK)

Our company does not require any employee to work against their will. Our employment policies are based on the principle of voluntariness. Unless there are security concerns, the company cannot prevent or delay an employee’s decision to resign. All employee information is protected and kept confidential to the extent required by law.

2. CHILD LABOR (MINORS)

Our company does not tolerate child labor under any circumstances. Except in mandatory cases such as internships or training programs, we adhere to the minimum age requirements established by national and international laws.

3. DISCRIMINATION (EQUALITY-BASED APPROACH)

Our company values all its employees and the contributions they make. We are deeply committed to opposing discrimination and ensuring equal opportunity. As management, we are committed to maintaining our organization as an institution free from discrimination or physical or verbal harassment based on race, gender, color, nationality, social background, religion, age, disability, political opinion, or any other status protected by applicable laws. For our company, personnel selection is based on minimum qualifications such as open positions, education, areas of interest, skills, and work experience.

4. ETHICAL BUSINESS CONDUCT

Our company does not tolerate corruption, fraud, embezzlement, or bribery under any circumstances.

5. WORKING HOURS AND WAGES (WAGES / SALARY)

Our company offers competitive wages to its employees based on industry standards and the local labor market. Our practices regarding wages, working hours, overtime, and fringe benefits are carried out in full compliance with applicable laws and employment contracts. We offer our employees opportunities to develop their skills and capabilities, and we support these efforts by providing promotion opportunities whenever possible. Discrimination based on gender, religion, language, or race is not practiced in our company regarding wages/salaries or promotions. The minimum wage is the lowest salary in our company.

6. HEALTH AND SAFETY

Our company ensures the creation and maintenance of a safe and healthy workplace environment. The company aims to ensure business continuity by minimizing the risk of our employees being exposed to accidents, injuries, and any factors that threaten their health, and by creating a work environment where they can work safely, healthily, and productively. We are committed to providing a workplace free from violence, harassment, threats, abuse, and disruptive conditions. All occupational health and safety regulations established by applicable laws are strictly enforced at our company.

7. COMMUNITY AND ENGAGEMENT WITH STAKEHOLDERS

Our company is committed to building relationships with its stakeholders based on good faith by listening to their views, learning from them, and taking them into consideration. In this context, we designate employee representatives in accordance with legal regulations, create an environment where employees can discuss their concerns with these representatives, and provide opportunities for them to submit written feedback via suggestion boxes. We commit to engaging in dialogue with our stakeholders regarding workplace-related matters and issues pertaining to workplace rights within our sphere of influence, as appropriate.

8. EMPLOYMENT OF FOREIGN NATIONALS (EMPLOYMENT OF FOREIGN WORKERS)

At our company, employment contracts for foreign nationals who are currently employed or will be employed in accordance with our laws are drafted in a language they can understand. All HR procedures, from the hiring process through to termination, are conducted in compliance with current legal regulations. Under no circumstances may an employee be made to work under debt. Our company safeguards the legal rights of foreign workers regarding their employment. Our company does not employ undocumented (illegal) workers.

9. Days Off and Holidays

Our employees are not deprived of their rest days and holidays in accordance with their legal rights. Employees who work six days a week are granted one day off per week.

10. HIRING and EMPLOYMENT

Our company identifies the open positions required by management and hires employees in accordance with the law and within the framework of specific regulations (such as an equitable approach, leave policies, compensation, holidays, and employment contracts).

11. EMPLOYMENT CONTRACT (EMPLOYER CONTRACTS)

An “Open-Ended Employment Contract” is prepared between our company and the individual to be hired, which complies with workplace regulations and the law and outlines the terms offered to the prospective employee. Employees who accept the position are required to sign the “Open-Ended Employment Contract and Overtime Consent Form.” A copy of the employment contract is provided to the employee upon signing, and during orientation training, all rules and regulations required by our company and the job are communicated to the employee.

12. Workplace and Employee Discipline

The disciplinary rules established by our company to ensure disciplined work are strictly enforced. The company does not impose any salary deductions as a disciplinary measure against employees. All our employees carry out their work in accordance with the established procedures and guidelines.

13. Young Workers / Working Hours

A meeting is planned between employees and the employer to discuss social rights and working conditions. The workweek for young workers is 40 hours, and for those over 18, it is 45 hours.

14. Collective Bargaining / Right to Organize

Our employees have been granted the right to collective bargaining and the right to join a union. It is stated that our employees may exercise these rights under an “open-ended employment contract.”

15. ENVIRONMENTAL PROTECTION

We manage the environmental impacts that may arise from all our activities with a sense of responsibility. In all our activities, we identify and implement improvements and development initiatives designed to eliminate or minimize environmental impacts and use natural resources as efficiently as possible.

All principles outlined in this policy document are implemented in accordance with applicable regulations, and the level of implementation is monitored by the relevant department. We consider the success of our company’s social responsibility initiatives to be a key criterion in evaluating our corporate performance. This policy document has been prepared to share with all our employees, stakeholders, and business partners a clear commitment that our company will fulfill every responsibility it bears for a better world and future.
