Our heatset web offset printing systems are designed to deliver output quality highly comparable to sheetfed offset, and in many cases exceeding standard sheetfed results, thanks to advanced technology and optimized production processes. Within this framework, supported by our robust infrastructure and premium machinery selection, web printing is positioned as the most efficient and high-quality solution for print runs of approximately 2,000 copies and above.
These systems enable consistent, high-quality printing across a wide range of substrates, including lightweight coated papers such as SC, LWC, MWC, and WFC, as well as woodfree, book paper, and uncoated grades. Supported by various folding configurations, our lines allow the production of 8-page and 16-page signatures, enabling flexible solutions across different formats and product structures. In addition, the ability to apply inline spine gluing on 8-page and 16-page signatures provides a significant advantage in terms of production efficiency and product integrity for glued applications.
In the post-print stage, integrated afterburner drying systems ensure complete ink curing while effectively eliminating volatile compounds. This is followed by a water-based silicone coating process, resulting in products that meet safe usage standards. Through this controlled production approach, heatset web printed products are manufactured in compliance with European Union regulations, including Directive 1999/13/EC and EN71-3:1994 standards.
