A wide range of cover materials—including thermo leather, linen-based book cloth, plastic-based covering materials, and coated paper over board (case wrapping)—are enhanced through hot foil stamping and embossing applications to elevate both visual appeal and brand perception. These processes are executed using high-precision equipment, ensuring consistent surface quality, sharp detailing, and long-term durability.
In addition, flap covers and extended cover designs are processed on fully automated lines, enabling high-speed production while maintaining uniform quality standards. This approach ensures operational efficiency and allows for flexible adaptation to diverse design requirements.
For thread-sewn binding applications, a specialized spine gluing process is implemented to improve opening behavior and overall user experience. Instead of applying hot melt adhesive directly onto the spine, a flexible cold glue is first applied to ensure elasticity. The product is then passed through an IR (infrared) drying unit to achieve optimal adhesion conditions. Finally, hot melt adhesive is applied to reinforce the binding strength, resulting in a durable structure while preserving ease of opening and long-term usability.
